Home Analytics provides scientific property analysis reports based on floor plans submitted by users. Reports are prepared by qualified architectural professionals and delivered via WhatsApp within 4 hours of payment confirmation.
The current price is ₹499 per report. Payment is collected via a secure Razorpay payment link sent to you on WhatsApp after receipt of your floor plan. Payment must be completed before report generation begins.
All payments are final. Refunds are provided only if we are unable to deliver the report within the agreed timeframe due to reasons on our end.
Reports are delivered via WhatsApp as a PDF file within 4 hours of payment confirmation. Reports submitted before 6 PM are delivered the same day. Reports submitted after 6 PM are delivered by 10 AM the following morning.
Home Analytics reports are prepared for informational purposes only based on floor plan data submitted by the user. Analysis scores are indicative in nature. Home Analytics does not guarantee the accuracy of any information presented.
Reports do not account for external obstructions, floor level effects, future development or actual site conditions. A site visit is strongly recommended before any property purchase decision.
This report does not constitute legal, financial or architectural advice. All prospective buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence before any property purchase.
All report content, methodology, graphics and analysis are the intellectual property of Home Analytics and Areaplanners. Reports are generated for personal use by the requesting client only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without written permission.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and legitimate floor plan images. Home Analytics will not be held responsible for incorrect analysis resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading floor plan data submitted by the user.
