What does the 9-page report include?

A parameter scorecard summarises all scores on the first page.

What type of floor plan do I need to send?

Any clear photo or scan of your floor plan works — from the builder's brochure, the RERA website or any printed document. JPG, PNG and PDF all accepted. The plan should show room names and ideally the north direction. If north is not shown we determine it from GPS coordinates.
Is my floor plan kept confidential?

Yes. Your floor plan is used only to prepare your report and is not shared with any third party. We do not use your property details for any purpose other than generating your analysis.
